1. Who we are

INSPIRED BEACH LIMITED (“Inspired Beach”, “we”, “us”) creates and publishes mobile games and apps. We are based in Huesca, Spain. This policy explains our practices for inspiredbeach.com and our mobile games generally. A product-specific privacy policy takes priority where one is provided; Pulseora has its own privacy policy.

2. This website

We do not use advertising cookies, create user accounts or intentionally run behavioral analytics on this website. When you visit, our hosting and security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date and time, and security events to deliver the site, prevent abuse and maintain reliability. These operational logs are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.

If you email us, we receive the address, message and any information you choose to include. We use it to answer you, provide support, manage a business relationship or handle a legal request.

3. Our mobile games

Our catalog includes games released at different times and on different stores, so features and data practices can differ by title and version. Depending on the game, it may use platform services, in-app purchases, advertising, analytics, optional social sign-in, cloud progress or survey technology. Relevant store privacy labels, permission prompts and in-app notices describe the current configuration for that title.

Information that may be processed

• Device and app information, including operating system, language, app version and device or advertising identifiers.
• Approximate location inferred from IP address; we do not request precise GPS location unless a specific feature clearly asks for it.
• Game activity, progress, crash and performance information.
• Purchase interactions and entitlement status. Apple, Google, Amazon or another store processes payment details.
• Social profile identifiers if you choose to connect a supported account.
• Survey responses and related device metadata when an optional survey feature is present.

We do not read your contacts or personal photos unless a feature explicitly requests access and you grant permission.

4. Why information is used

Information may be used to operate and improve a game, save progress, provide purchases, prevent fraud, diagnose technical problems, personalize or measure advertising, determine survey eligibility, comply with law and respond to support requests. We rely on the legal basis appropriate to the context, including performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligations.

5. Service providers and disclosure

Information may be processed by app stores, hosting and security providers, advertising or analytics partners, social platforms, survey providers and professional advisers. They process information under their own terms or on our instructions, depending on the service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, advertising-related disclosure in some legacy games may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain US state privacy laws. You may contact us to request information or exercise an applicable opt-out right. Device-level ad personalization can also be limited in your operating system settings.

6. Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as needed for the purposes described, including support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Retention periods differ by game and provider.
